Determine the resources needed to effectively implement a training session for the new policy or practice guidelines.

In this two-part deliverable assessment, first, create a 5–7 slide elevator-speech style presentation that you will present to stakeholders that provides an overview of policy implementation, including rationale and data that reflect the need for the new policy. Second, create a detailed, annotated training agenda for the pilot team that will accompany your presentation.
Instructions
In this assessment, inform the leadership stakeholders of a planned pilot project to test the implementation of your new policy. Describe the policy in an elevator-speech style, explain why the policy is needed, and why the group was chosen for the pilot. Then, develop a detailed training agenda that will describe the training needed, including any resources, number and times of classes (including length) and if there will be any skills training and return demonstrations or written exams. Connect the pilot to the benchmarks you will measure. As a result of this presentation, stakeholders are expected to:
Understand the organizational policy and practice guidelines to be implemented.
Understand the importance of the policy to improving quality or outcomes.
Understand how the designated role group is key to successful implementation.
Have awareness of the necessary knowledge and skills for successful implementation.
ELEVATOR SPEECH PRESENTATION
Record a 5-minute recorded slide presentation for your elevator speech. Be sure to include:
A brief description of the policy and why it is necessary to improve benchmark metrics or comply with new regulations.
Include a description of the pilot group and why they were chosen to demonstrate the change in workflow and improve quality of care.
Describe the metrics that will be used to determine current practice and compare it after the training has ended.
Summarize the training implementation.
ANNOTATED TRAINING AGENDA
You will also develop an agenda for the training sessions, including:
Length and number of class sessions.
Location of classes—simulation lab, classroom, et cetera.
The resources needed for the courses, any teaching staff, equipment, technology, or supplies needed.
What teaching strategies will be employed to measure learner success, including any check-off lists or written exams (you do not have to provide the actual exam)?
How will employees be scheduled and who will maintain records of completion, any grades, or skills verification?
Any credit that will be provided to the staff (that is, continuing education credits).
Plans to train the rest of the staff and new employees following the pilot.
The follow-up plan for assessing sustainability.
Use the Annotated Training Agenda Template [DOCX]Download Annotated Training Agenda Template [DOCX]to develop your agenda.
Requirements
The strategy summary and annotated training agenda requirements outlined below correspond to the scoring guide criteria, so be sure to address each main point. Read the performance-level descriptions for each criterion to see how your work will be assessed. In addition, be sure to note the requirements for document format and length and for supporting evidence.
Explain the desired impact of implementing the new policy and practice guidelines on benchmark performance.
How will the change be implemented?
How will the new policy affect the daily work routines and responsibilities of the role for the pilot group?
How will the policy and guidelines help improve the quality of care or outcomes and how will success be measured?
Explain the selected pilot group’s role and importance in implementing the new policy and practice guidelines.
Why is the work and buy-in of the role group important for successful implementation?
How could you help the group feel empowered by their involvement during implementation?
Summarize evidence-based strategies to promote stakeholder buy-in and prepare them for the implementation of a new policy based on practice guidelines and regulations.
Why will these strategies be effective?
What measures might provide early indications of success?
Determine the resources needed to effectively implement a training session for the new policy or practice guidelines.
How will each proposed activity on your agenda support learning and skill development?
Can you complete the training within the allotted two hours?
Deliver a persuasive, coherent, and effective audiovisual presentation.
Organize content so ideas flow logically with smooth transitions.
Proofread your strategy summary and training agenda, before you submit it, to minimize errors that could distract readers and make it more difficult for them to focus on the substance of your strategies.
Convey purpose, in an appropriate tone and style, incorporating supporting evidence and adhering to organizational, professional, and scholarly writing standards.
Support main points, assertions, arguments, conclusions, or recommendations with relevant and credible evidence.

Explain how the business partner will benefit from using the approach described in D2 to meet production needs.

Dear writer, this was the rubric of the assignment, everything was good the only issue I had was the part G.
This was the feedback:
Not Evident The submission does not explain how to mitigate any potential intercultural differences.
Evaluator Comments:
The submission includes a discussion regarding prejudice against foreign partners. A second discussion identifying another intercultural difference cannot be located.
it’s not realIy much just a little detail I uploaded the paper and just need adjustments to meet criteria on part G only please! and thank you in advance.

You are a manager of a company that has recently purchased and merged with a smaller company. The purchased company has an existing product, which will now be part of your product offering. The product is a weight-loss supplement called Kamelon. The product has been very successful for the previous owner, but the company had a limited ability to adjust its manufacturing system to accommodate growth, as well as a limited potential sales audience. Your role is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of launching the product from the newly acquired company. You have a far greater manufacturing capacity and more potential customers readily available because you already sell several weight loss-related products to a large base of customers.

Kamelon has been proven successful by a limited research study. The study consisted of 100 participants, 90% of whom lost at least 15 pounds over a reasonable time period. To date, the study participants who lost at least 15 pounds have successfully maintained their weight loss by continuing to use the product, and 80% were able to maintain their weight loss with continued use of Kamelon. The 10% of study participants who lost less than 15 pounds may have been unsuccessful because they did not follow the program’s protocol. An inherent risk of a weight-loss product is the inability to determine whether the product has produced results or if the user has not followed directions. Dissatisfied customers present a challenge as a result.

Your success relies on your external business partner Synesthor, who continues to manufacture the pill casing for Kamelon. There is a need for 10 million pills to be manufactured in the next three months to meet the demands of your customers. Synesthor is a manufacturing company located in South America, and you will need to work closely with this partner to ensure their manufacturing operation is able to meet the demand as needed in a just-in-time environment. Your contact’s name at Synesthor is Fatima Sousa.

You have received a customer complaint via the company’s social media page. The customer is extremely dissatisfied, and the complaint has negatively impacted the company’s image. The customer’s complaint is as follows: “Kamelon does not work! I’ve been using this for a week, and I haven’t lost anything! I’m going on vacation in a couple of weeks, and I was hoping to shed a couple of pounds before I left for my trip. Unfortunately, I do not foresee this happening. No one should buy this product! As a faithful member of several weight-loss groups, I will not recommend this product to anyone in my groups.”

Scenario 2

You are a manager in a small pharmaceutical distributor. Your company has been awarded an exclusive contract to distribute a new medication.

Nasaquil is an over-the-counter medication that has been approved to treat influenza. Nasaquil will compete directly with prescription antiviral medications.

Your company, through your sales and customer service representatives, already has extensive relationships with medical providers. There is great anticipation within the market about the potential efficacy of this new medication. According to estimates by a government agency, from 2010 to 2020, there were approximately 9 to 41 million flu illnesses with an estimated 12,000 to 52,000 flu-related deaths in the United States.

Initial clinical trials indicate that Nasaquil may help to lower influenza’s severity and duration; however, clinical trials only demonstrate a new medication’s efficacy in a small group of patients over a limited amount of time. Long-term product efficacy rates have not yet been established. As with all new medication launches, your company anticipates patient dissatisfaction if desired results are not achieved. In those cases, the company will work directly with the patients.

The success of Nasaquil relies on an external business partner located in Europe, Pruhart Tech, that manufactures the refrigerated casing designed specifically for this product. The product is required to be shipped overnight in a temperature-controlled package. Unfortunately, Pruhart Tech has limited refrigerated shipping containers, and the availability is restricted to weekend deliveries only. You will need to work closely with this partner to ensure that their manufacturing operation is able to increase as needed in a just-in-time environment to meet sales demands. Your contact’s name at Pruhart Tech is Diego Garcia.

You have received a customer complaint via the company’s social media page. The customer is extremely dissatisfied, and the complaint has negatively impacted the company’s image. The customer’s complaint is as follows: “Nasaquil does not work! My wife started Nasaquil and got very ill! I don’t understand how big pharma companies get away with rolling out unsafe drugs that can hurt people! Dealing with all of the medical appointments and issues is bad enough, but this sickness . . . I cannot wait for the patient support meeting tomorrow to share this medication’s reaction. Maybe this drug shouldn’t be approved yet.”

Scenario 3

You are a manager of a research company. Your research team has developed a transition package that allows a gas-powered engine to transition to run on biofuels. The availability and low cost of biofuels make the transition package a potential game changer in the automobile market. You have named the product Sparkit.

In addition to tests completed by your staff, you have partnered with a large automobile manufacturer to ensure that the transition package works with many different types of vehicles. The large automobile manufacturer remains a partner in the product as a result of their involvement, and you anticipate that future vehicles from the producer may use the technology when initially built. With the manufacturer’s assistance, you anticipate that 50% of cars currently on the road can potentially be retrofitted with your product. The automobile manufacturer has created a guide for your sales force to ensure that Sparkit is not sold to customers whose cars are not compatible with the product.

This is the first big product developed by your company. Your sales and service teams do not have current relationships with potential buyers. One potential risk is that purchasers may choose to install the transition package on their own rather than choose a knowledgeable automotive professional to install it. You anticipate that there may be issues with installation as a result.

The success of Sparkit relies on an external partner in Asia, Autojor, that manufactures a filter critical to the proper operation of the transition package. As the result of a natural disaster, Autojor recently lost a manufacturing plant that was responsible for producing 25% of your inventory. You will need to work closely with this partner to ensure that their manufacturing operation is able to continue supporting the just-in-time environment to meet sales demands. Your contact’s name at Autojor is Mateo Kalani.

You have received a customer complaint via the company’s social media page. The customer is extremely dissatisfied, and the complaint has negatively impacted the company’s image. The customer’s complaint is as follows: “I bought and installed Sparkit. It doesn’t work! The instructions do not match my engine’s layout, and now my car doesn’t work at all. This was supposed to save me money, but now my car won’t run. I’ll have to put more money into getting it fixed. This is ridiculous. I have told all my friends, and now I am telling the world—do not buy this product! If you do, you will regret it.”

Requirements
Your submission must be your original work. No more than a combined total of 30% of the submission and no more than a 10% match to any one individual source can be directly quoted or closely paraphrased from sources, even if cited correctly. Discuss  The Impact of Social Media on Mental Health.

For the course project, you will create an annotated bibliography of five sources that cite and describe four of the best Internet resources on a specified topic and one of the best library database resources.
***Topic and Thesis: The Impact of Social Media on Mental Health***
You should use all of the search tools and evaluation criteria you have learned about in this course. The course project is due by December 13th(11:59 AM). Submit the project to your instructor as a Word document, in this drop box.
NOTE: You do not have to write an actual research paper. The project is designed to use the research skills you have learned in this class and will help you in future classes where you will be writing research papers. Take a look at the sample course project as a general guideline for completing your project.
Choose a topic of interest. Be careful not to choose a topic that is too broad or too narrow.
Include both the topic AND a thesis statement with your bibliography.
Find four different Internet resources and one library database resource that you think provides the most authoritative information about your topic. Include Web pages and ebooks (if appropriate).
Use the project checklist to evaluate all resources retrieved. Describe each of the five resources you have chosen, making sure you address each issue on the checklist for each of the five resources.
Cite each resource using the APA citation format. Pay close attention to the proper placement of punctuation and underlining. You will lose points if your material is not cited properly.
Use the examples in the Sample Project as a general guideline for completing your project. There are examples of documents from organizations, commercial, educational, and government sites. LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE CITATION FORMAT FOR EACH.
Pay attention to grammar, punctuation, and spelling when writing your annotations. Points will be deducted for incorrect grammar, capitalization, and punctuation.

What are the most typical ages of leaving school, entering work, marrying, having a first child, or moving out of the parental home?)

Please no AI-generated text! Youth Around the World. For the final assignment, you will select a nation other than the U.S. and prepare an informational presentation profiling the legal, institutional, and social context of youth for that nation.

The Final assignment must be submitted by the listed due date. Presentation and Citation Although you will not be presenting your project live, your project should be completed in the format for a presentation and must contain the use of visual aids using PowerPoint (or another program, with advance approval). Your presentation must be based on information from multiple sources, clearly cited in your presentation. Plan as if it were to be about a 10-12 minute presentation (so 8-15 slides, depending on how you carve up the information). Use abbreviated citations throughout (similar to in-text citation for a paper) and include a complete list at the end. Be careful not to plagiarize — doing so will result in your failing the course, as per the syllabus. This includes providing a citation for all information and making sure to use your own words. In the rare case where you decide a quote is important to include, make sure to use quote marks, even if it is just a phrase, along with the citation.

Content of Profile You are required to provide a current population pyramid (or equivalent information) in order to place youth within an age distribution context for your nation. Beyond that, you have some flexibility to select which features best characterize youth in your nation. Here are some possibilities to get you started: factors that shape the age structure (e.g., fertility rates, mortality rates, life expectancy, immigration). age(s) of majority (e.g., mandatory schooling, contracts, voting, military service, driving, drinking, etc.)

institutional features shaping youth (e.g., organization and financial model of secondary or tertiary education; structure of families and living arrangements for youth; employment policies) age and the way of life in the society (e.g. are their notable political issues that engage youth or are there age-related political issues?

What are the most typical ages of leaving school, entering work, marrying, having a first child, or moving out of the parental home?)

aspects of youth culture (e.g., notable ways of spending time, leisure, consumption, dress, music, etc.) Lorena O’English from the libraries has put together a useful guide to information available for this assignment.

Currency Depreciation

Exchange rate fluctuation may affect industries that are in direct competition with foreign producers or rely on their supplies. Specifically, international competitiveness is affected through the influence the exchange rate has on relative costs. In a critical essay, assume that the following four events are taking place:

-Americans increase their travel to Europe.
-Saudi investors purchase large amounts of U.S. stocks
-U.S. interest rates increase suddenly because of a relative increase of world interest rates

-Other countries experience economic and political turmoil and become less stable when compared to the United States. Then, please answer the following questions:

-How will each event affect the foreign exchange market?
-Will your answer be different if the currency was pegged?

-Please explain if a dirty float system will change your assessment
Your essay is required to be five to six pages in length, which does not include the title page and reference pages, which are never a part of the content minimum requirements.

Support your submission with course material concepts, principles, and theories from the textbook and at least three scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles. Use the Saudi Digital Library to find your resources.
Use Saudi Electronic University academic writing standards and follow

APA style guidelines.
It is strongly encouraged that you submit all assignments into Turnitin prior to submitting them to your instructor for grading. If you are unsure how to submit an assignment into the Originality Check tool, review the Turnitin – Student Guide for step-by-step instructions.

Build a Prototype of IT Solution using Access

IT prototype using any software:

A prototype of your IT solution. You should build your prototype using Access. The prototype should include the following:
a. An interface for data entry by the users. For example, a form to enter patient information. This is an important feature if the data you will use to answer your DSS questions are to be supplied by some users
b. An interface/feature for the users to request information to display. For example, a button to request the medication list of a patient. This is the feature to allow users get answers to your DSS questions
c. An interface for the users to view information which is calculated from the entered data. For example, the average patient age of a clinic, or the risk of being diabetic of a patient. This is the feature to allow users get answers to your DSS questions
d. Other features that address your 3 DSS questions listed in your proposal

Explains how gender roles can affect a woman’s or man’s feelings and health.

A Doll’s House

You need to go back and read the assignment. I made it clear how I needed you to organize information: Start with four body paragraphs, each of which presents a reason why the play appeals or doesn’t appeal to audiences. Once that is done, present four proposals, each in their own paragraph, for improving or updating a play.

The Play “A Doll’s House” is about a woman who undergoes a mantel and exhausting problems like her marriage with her husband Torvald. Nora’s journey from being a happy housewife to realizing that her marriage and life have been based on lies or even bad feelings. Nora Helmer, who seems to be getting along well with her husband Torvald and living a happy married life. But Nora has been paying back a hidden debt to help Torvald’s life. The problems increase when Krogstad, a discredited bank employee, threatens to reveal Noras’ secret.

After Nora tried to explain and stop her secret from getting out, she understood her feeling with her marriage and why it’s under an odd and mentally exhausting.

In Act Three, Nora decides to leave her husband and children to find her own identity, she feels she needs to find self-discovery and personal freedom.

The play explains how gender roles can affect a womans or man’s feelings and health.

The play shows and explains in an old-fashioned way so due to its modern audiences there are many ways you could change the play. For example, the play lacks in elements like sex and murder or even action. Introducing an affair or a murder mystery could create additional layers of action and suspense. In today’s world many viewers are looking for that excitement, but the play focuses more on the physical and emotional aspects of the characters’ lives rather than physical love or action. This might make it seem less engaging to those who are looking for more. So, adding these kinds of elements into the play will help people be more engaged into what they are reading. An affair involving Nora could intensify the tension between her and Torvald, adding layers of betrayal and secrets.

During the play Krogstad tells Nora his feelings and his lover for her so if we add Nora feeling the same way could show affair with Nora and cheating on her husband Torvald. There are some quotes in “A Doll’s House” that may start to show an affair between Nora and Krogstad. Nora’s secretiveness and Krogstad’s familiarity: Krogstad: “You ought to remember, Mrs. Helmer, that I was once guilty of indiscretion.” This hints at some shared past or secret that might suggest a deeper connection (Act 1). This could also complicate her relationship with Krogstad, perhaps making him more than just a blackmailer but also a scorned lover.

“A Doll’s House” may change dramatically if sex and murder were introduced. An affair between Nora and Torvald, for example, might add to their tension and introduce more levels of secrets. This might make her relationship with Krogstad an event that grabs people’s attention. Nora being able to reject Krogstad and his love for her might add blackmailer from her secret with the bank and the money. The environment may rise an even higher action pact scene by introducing a murder. Just think of what would happen if Krogstad started threatening people and Nora. Some Quates from the play that might explain or show an affair with Nora or others that change the aspect of the play are, Nora to Dr. Rank: “You see, there are some people that one loves, and others that perhaps one would rather be with.”

These would increase the tension while also enhancing the characters’ process in physical feelings, giving viewers a deeper understanding of the characters’ motivations and actions.

Another way to make “A Doll’s House” resonate more with today’s audiences, you could update the language to be more contemporary while maintaining the essence of the original dialogue. Languages reflect the time in which it was created, like the 19th- Century. The play’s speech is almost plain and not exciting for today’s standards. In contrast, modern language tends to be more direct and informal, reflecting changes. Updating the language of “A Doll’s House” could make it more relatable to today’s audiences. These changes in how the characters’ speech could help evolve their plays’ meaning and involvement of people. For example, Torvald’s Pet Names for Nora: Original Scene, “Is that my little skylark twittering out there Updated: “Is that my little songbird singing out there?”

However, the play’s theme still shows modern audiences because it explains themes like gender roles, financial dependence, and societal expectations. Nora’s journey toward self-discovery and independence is reflected throughout the play with her ongoing struggles with personal problems. Noras marriage throughout the play shows similar actions as in today’s days where the men’s and woman fight and have weird feelings between them that causes big issues.

The play also highlights the traditional roles where women are expected to take care of their husbands. Nora’s role as a wife who must obey and please Torvald undergoes this action. The play also talks about the idea that women often must sacrifice their own desires and pleasures for the sake of their families. Nora’s eventual realization that she needs to find her own identity and understanding of who she is. This is involved in women’s lives today and shows how the play that was made way back explains the same process as in women that need to find their selves and go through a lot to better their families.

Nora’s financial dependence is a central theme in the play and is shown even in the 19th century. During this time, women were inclined to stay home and take care of the family while the men go and work for money and be able to live. Nora is financially dependent on her husband, Torvald. He controls the pay they get for the family and gives her money as if she was one of the kids and not his wife. This shows their marriage is off setting and not normal and reflects the men should be the money makers while women manage the home. While Nora decision to secretly take out a loan to save Torvald’s life shows her lack of belief in her husband. She cannot legally borrow money without her husband’s consent because of society’s beliefs. This act shows the lengths to which women had no rights to get any form of financial control or independence.

Nora’s struggle against pressures resonates with anyone who has felt constrained by societal standards. Nora is held to be a stay-at-home mom, but the community holds her accountable for not being what she should be when she does her own thing with the loan. Nora’s also is seeking personal freedom and her identity beyond the roles assigned to her. Her decision to leave Torvald and her children at the end of the play is a radical act of self-assertion. her need to discover who she is outside of her prescribed duties as a wife and mother.
