This week, you will develop and receive feedback from your colleagues on your initial thinking about a potential questionnaire for your dissertation in practice. You may not necessarily use this tool for your dissertation, but the assignment will reinforce your learning about questionnaires and allow you to think more deeply about the concepts in your study.
Search the literature for a questionnaire used to measure one of the concepts in your study. Your literature review might be a useful place to start.
Provide the following:
1. The concept being measured—School Leadership behaviors
2. The APA 7 citation for the article in which the questionnaire is used
3. The name of the instrument and a brief description of how the items measure the concept under consideration
Consider what else you might like to know about the concept that is not measured by the questionnaire you identified. Construct a short questionnaire with at least five items including a combination of closed and open items following the Steps in Constructing a Questionnaire. Make sure that your questionnaire follows the principles of good questionnaire construction.
Create a post in which you provide the information about the questionnaire you located and the questionnaire you designed.
