The final project for Research Methods is a research paper addressing a topic of your choice highlighting the skills and methods outlined within this course. The following items must be included in your paper. Use APA formatting for the whole document.

I. Introduction:
Your research paper should begin with a 1-3 paragraph introduction. When writing your introduction, remember that a good introduction should go from broad to specific. It should highlight the issues and statistics related to your topic, as well as why your topic is so important.

II. Statement of the Problem and Research Questions:
Following the introduction, clearly state the research questions and the problems that you
will be addressing with your project. Highlight the main areas of your paper and let the reader know what to expect as they read your research

III. Body: Annotated Bibliography:

The body of your paper should consist of a minimum of five peer-reviewed research articles pertaining to your research topic. Similar to your current article review assignments. Write a concise annotation that summarizes the theme of each of the 5 article, including but not limited to the purpose of the research, methodology, results, and discussion. Within the annotation you should include the main points related to your topic. About 500 words for each article.

IV. Professional Implications:

V. Conclusion:
In this section, include 1-2 paragraphs that wrap up your findings and make your concluding remarks. What should the reader take home with them? Remember that a conclusion is the
opposite of an introduction and that it should go from specific back to broad. You should leave the reader with a complete understanding of your research.

VI. Future Research:
The final section of your paper should include your thoughts for future research based on your findings. You may have found a lack of necessary information in one area or a need for a
particular type of study. This is where you can remark on these thoughts and give your personal conclusions about the research and where it is headed.
