INFORMATION REGARDING ARTICLE FILE POSTING:
It is important as part of your presentation that members of the class are able to read the article you are presenting. Attaching a soft copy (file) of the article you select is a requirement of the Article Presentation Assignment. Including a link to an online source can supplement this goal, but many times the online copy of the article may not be accessible to others who do not have a subscription to access the online publication where the article is posted. Also, if you are using a print copy source, members of the class may not have access to the publication. Since this exercise is an educational pursuit, fair use rules apply and you are not violating copyright by sharing a soft copy (file) format article.
Suggested methods for securing copies in a file format for articles from online sources include:
Save the article as a file from your online source.
Printing the online article to PDF using the print function of you computer.
Copy and pasting the text of the online article into Microsoft Word or another compatible word processing format and saving as a PDF file.
Suggested methods for securing copies in file format for articles from hard copy (print) sources include:
Scanning the article and saving as a PDF file.
Taking a low resolution picture of the article and saving as a PDF file.
