Using the concepts and theories you read about in the attachments; utilizing key language and terms from these concepts and theories, analyze current doctrine on “Training” and present a briefing that describes your training strategy for your organization as an SGM/ CSM and discuss the training management process. The requirements for this presentation are: a. This is an information briefing, not a reading. b. The presentation will be no less than 15 minutes (+/-3) minutes. c. Presentation will consist of 6 to 10 slides (including Title Slide, Agenda, Conclusion, & References). Do not exceed 10 total slides. d. May use up to two other visual aids such as charts and diagrams if desired. e. The presentation will describe the application of the training management concept(s). f. Must display a clear understanding of key principles using real world examples.
