Based on what you learned from the BP crisis, consider the advice you would give to a leader who wants to improve his or her organization’s communications function so that it is more effective during a crisis. Then prepare a minimum 200-word response with the highlights of what you learned about crisis communication. Although not required, consider including a picture or other interesting media.
This forum will be graded based upon your initial post and 2 replies. Though these are both due at 11:59pm Saturday of this week, please make every attempt to submit your initial post by Wednesday so that we can have a more robust discussion.
