Given the fact that twitter has not removed official accounts for organizations such as The Taliban (a recognized terrorist organization), was Twitter justified in their actions?

1) From “Social Context”:
a) After the January 6th protests led to violence, twitter removed Donald Trump from their platform for violating its terms of service. This has been seen by many people as a political move or an example of “cancel culture”. Given the fact that twitter has not removed official accounts for organizations such as The Taliban (a recognized terrorist organization), was Twitter justified in their actions?
b) Social media has changed the way that people relate to one another. Despite the claim that platforms like facebook and twitter are meant to bring people together, often people find themselves driven apart by their incessant use of social media. Has social media provided a net benefit to humanity?
c) Tech companies like Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Alphabet (Google) and Facebook are all in the top 6 most valuable companies on Earth, they wield an enormous amount of political power. Should these companies be banned from influencing elections given their enormous amount of power?
d) The COVID pandemic has forced us to rely on communication technologies like Zoom in order to conduct day-to-day business and socialization. Given that these communication applications are all but necessary for life and livelihood, do companies like Zoom have an ethical responsibility to include accessibility features for disabled users? Should these ethical responsibilities become legal responsibilities?
2) From “Intellectual Property”:
a) Is software piracy ever justified? If so, under what circumstances?
b) Should the use of open-source software be compulsory for publicly funded institutions like Universities?
c) Is it ethical for software creators to charge high fees for executables and not provide the source code?
