Lab Overview
This laboratory is an introduction to geologic maps and structures. Geologic maps are the most detailed and useful maps made. Much of the information already covered in this course is incorporated into geologic maps, such as rock types, rock ages (the geologic time scale), and topographic features, including contours.
*Carefully follow instructions*
The lab text does completely contain all of the needed content for this lab. A video
https://youtu.be/FIvM9tCK4pc (Links to an external site.) is provided to actively introduce the content that

The video https://youtu.be/OD4M1Sp05X0 for part 1 (Links to an external site.) should be viewed while making the initial attempt at creating the 3D model (provided). The video https://youtu.be/u4K0xDDM65A for part 2 (Links to an external site.) should be viewed after generally reviewing and attempting the lab text questions, but before submitting the assignment.
