This is a research paper and should be double-spaced except for the Abstract and the Reference page. No need for a cover or abstract page. Simply put all of them on one page.
Your topic must be chosen from the list in the powerpoint. In addition, you need a Section on Policies/Programs/Strategies to address and discuss the management and controlling mechanisms/strategies to deal with the topic you write about… These policies and strategies must from research and scientific studies, and NOT your personal comments/opinions. It is at least 20% of your paper grade. I look for at least one full page for this Management/Policy section.
