This week we are focusing on translational models and the sustainability of evidence-based projects. As you begin to think about your own DNP project ideas for next year, consider for a moment that your project will be implemented in the organization where are you employed. What stakeholders in your agency would need to be involved, especially as you plan for how the project will be sustained over the long term? What metrics could you use to determine the feasibility of the change process of the project associated with sustainability? Finally, what challenges exist currently in your organization that could impede the sustainability of a new evidence-based DNP project and how could these be addressed?
