Discuss Twitter as a political platform, and whether removing the account of the Prime Minister is a right or wrong action.

Description
Human rights are moral principles of human behaviour that are protected by international law. These principles are often considered universal and inalienable, meaning that they apply to all human beings and cannot be alienated, transferred, or surrendered.
For more information about what human rights are, please watch the following video:

What are the universal human rights? – Benedetta Berti

The text of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights can give you an overview of the fundamental human rights protected by the United Nations:

As principles protected by international rights, their definition and enforcement is contentious and, therefore, subject to politics and power. This assignment will require you to use your knowledge on ethics and politics acquired in the first module to comment on a hypothetical scenario.
Scenario
You are the CEO of Twitter. The platform is being used by the Prime Minister (PM) of a foreign country to disseminate information that associates the problems his government is facing with the presence of immigrants in the country.
Twitter has received information from human rights organizations that the Prime Minister’s messages are not entirely accurate and that the platform is inciting violence against migrants by allowing the PM to continue posting this information.
On the other hand, the country’s ambassador has contacted you, arguing that terminating the account is a direct violation of the Prime Minister’s freedom of speech.
As CEO, you have the power to decide whether to terminate the account or to let it remain active.
This scenario puts two articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in opposition:
Article 19: Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
Article 29: In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.
Based on your knowledge of ethics, politics, and computing, (1) discuss Twitter as a political platform, and (2) whether removing the account of the Prime Minister is a right or wrong action.
