Discussion Board 2 Senses
Prompt: Our senses allow us to perceive what is around us. What if what they are telling you was not correct? You may know some people who you question whether they can sense what you are sensing because their reactions are so different from your own.
Apply what you have learned in Learn Smart Ch. 8 and Ch. 9 to explain, compare, and contrast the followingdisorders:
• Sensory Processing disorder
• Synesthesia
What is the most common cause of these disorders? Is it possible to have one or the other as well as both? How do these diseases affect the patient? How are they treated?
