This week you will examine the impact of the war on drugs on minority communities by comparing and contrasting black versus white usage, arrest, conviction, and incarceration rates for drugs.
In addition, contrast how we dealt with the “crack epidemic” as opposed to how we are dealing with the “heroin epidemic”.
