So basically I need an essay analyzing the same poem from before, “The Mothers” by Robin Coste Lewis. The essay can be stretched out instead of using the standard 3 body paragraph method. However, you can format the essay like:
INTRO: Summarize the body paragraphs without telling everything. Be super specific using quotes as well
Body1: Summarize the poem; Just tell what it’s mainly about, you can use the paragraph you already sent me like a week ago.
Body2: Tell what the poem is using and how/why I.e, Imagery, Italics on certain words, etc.
Body3: Tell what the poem means to you.
Conclusion
If that doesn’t meet the “word count” you can include a separate paragraph on the author’s background.
Be sure to use lots of quotes from the poem. Thanks in advance!
