Topic: Slums are part of urban living in many parts of the world, particularly in many less developed countries. This paper is an examination of three issues associated with slums.
Using at least five contemporary academic sources (including a minimum of three peer-reviewed journal articles), write a paper that explains one environmental issue, one social issue, and one economic issue associated with urban slums in less developed countries.
Your answer should be between 1200-1500 words (with some latitude for in-text citation, which is REQUIRED for all ideas that come from a source you read).
The essay should include an introduction, a thesis statement that explains your argument and the three issues, the body of your essay that discusses the issues, and a conclusion that re-states the thesis statement and summarizes each of the three issues.
Use headings for each section of your paper.
Ensure your content is cited appropriately in APA format. At the end of your paper, you should have a list of references (a minimum of five academic sources in APA format).
