Spiritual Journey”
write a paper that includes 4
sections: 1) The Biblical
Story:
choose either a character of the Bible (ex.
Moses, or Sarah, or David or etc), or choose a particular story (ex. The
Creation in Genesis 1&2, or The tension between Cain and Able in Genesis 4)
then first describe the life of the Biblical character or the events of the
story chosen. Secondly, relate the significance of it in God’s overall story
line.
2)
My Story:
describe their current spiritual
beliefs and the journey that they took to arrive at them. In this section you
may choose to address any pertinent elements of their life, childhood and
background that have contributed to their spiritual formation.
3) The Positive Affects:
make a list of things, events and
relationship that have contributed in a positive way to your faith formation.
4)
The Negative Affects:
make a list of things, events and
relationships that have contributed in a negative way to your faith formation.
The paper must be no less than 5 pages in length.
