In this paper you are to identify one correctional program/policy that research has found to have positive impacts in reducing recidivism and a seperate one that has been found to be ineffective in reducing recidivism to date based on the assigned readings and additional research you conducted during this module on corrections.
Drawing from assigned readings and the additional research evidence articles and sources you identified you are to write a 3-4 page essay that describes, compares and contrasts the two correctional programs/policies you chose. Your compare/contrast discussion should center on the reasons why one program was effective, while the other was ineffective, in reducing recidivism. Your paper must adhere to the formatting and style specified in the assignment check area below.
