The task begins by watching the movie, ‘Food Inc’. As you watch the movie, decide on the top three policy issues that you believe remain important today. For instance, you may select the regulation and control of “massive indoor chicken farming” as one issue. For each issue you select go online to learn as much as you can about recent policy (proposed or passed) that somehow control and/or regulates the corresponding practice of the food industry. For each selected topic devote at least one page of your paper to reporting what you found in your Internet-based research that extends beyond what you learned by watching the movie.
