In your response:

Closely analyze the text with a new frame of vision, paying specific attention to how the text demonstrates intersectionality at work. Select some key flashpoints that you find particularly revealing. Explain what those passages reveal, analyzing what it tells us about HOW the intersectionality of race, class, gender, sexuality, etc. operate in society or in the world of the story.

Be sure to refer back & connect the text you chose to at least ONE of the theory texts from Unit 3(Crenshaws Ted Talk The Urgency of Intersectionality or Ijeoma Oluos What is Intersectionality and Why do I Need it?) to formulate and synthesize your ideas. What does the flashpoint mean? How does it connect to the text you read?

Ultimately, discuss your understanding of intersectionality and how it relates to this particular text.
