Diagnostic Phase – For this week’s paper, you need to be specific and spell out the responses to the questions below, making sure that you have good sentence structure and have the references to support your assertions and the information you are presenting.
1. Who – Who is the audience and group within the community being affected by the problem.
2. What – What is the problem? What makes it a problem?
3. Why – Why is it a problem?
4. Where – Where is the problem occurring?
5. When – When did the problem begin?
6. How – How is a problem for your community?
