Describe “HOW” each vaccine triggers an immune response in your body .

I would like for you to apply your Immunologic knowledge (vocabulary, concepts…) to Covid19.
A) Provide discussion on major antigenic determinants on the actual Covid19 virus.
B) Elaborate on which of those determinants each of the 3 vaccines (Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson) actually targets
C) Describe “HOW” each vaccine triggers an immune response in your body
D) Contrast the “original” Covid19 virus to the new Delta strain. How would our immune system view/distinguish/not distinguish these strains?
E) Analyze the “effectiveness” of the covid vaccine to individuals who have had prior Covid infections and symptoms.
F) Research on how/why some individuals who had prior covid infections lost their sense of smell and/or have had their sense of smell altered in some way
