For your first essay, your job is to compare and contrast one of the pairs of opinion editorials below in order to evaluate which opinion editorial makes the most compelling argumentthat is, which argument would be most likely to convince someone who is undecided on the issue tackled by the editorials. Each of the following essay prompts contains 2 recent opinion editorials supporting roughly the same position. Choose ONE of the pairings for your essay:
Im a Feminist and Im Against Abortion, by Ericka Bachiochi, and The Price of Fetal Parts by Charles Krauthammer.
My Abortion at 23 Weeks, by Judy Nicastro, and “I Was an Anti-Abortion Crusader. Now I Support Roe v. Wade,” by Rob Schenck .

To re-enforce your knowledge of the use of documents and quotation.
To strengthen your knowledge of the basic logical concepts having to do with argument.
Grading Criteria and Due Dates:
Your essay will be graded according to its clarity, logic, insight and attention to detail.
Length: Approximately 1500-2100 words.
