As you continue work on your final project, consider making the following revisions:
Include an accurate review of the at least two social determinants of health. As reminder, the social determinates are conditions in which people live, work, and play. They are the outside influence that contribute to both a health or unhealthy outcomes in populations (e.g., access to healthcare).
Describe known disparities (i.e., socioeconomic, demographic, educational, cultural, and geographic) associated with the health outcomes of specific populations with regard to the public health issue. Reference the links in the rubric for definitions and example of disparities.
