Minimal of 8 sources but more will be great.

Instructions: In each student will select one policy on
social welfare issue/problem for analysis from the list below. No more than two
students will report on the same policy. Each student is responsible for
providing a written analysis of the policy.
This paper will be 8-10pages and double-spaced.
The final written

In
what extent does the policy best address the issue or solve the identified
problem? Are there more effective, efficient, and ethical policy
approaches? If yes or no, explain why.
What
recommendations would you make to amend the policy for it to become more
effective, efficient, and ethically sound? Or should the policy be
eliminated and a new one developed to take its place? If yes, explain why
and provide examples?
