Analyze a country’s evolution of economic systems, break down your chosen country into 3-5 different systems over time. You can start some time around 1600-1800 depending on what is appropriate for your country (compare ch. 12 China to ch. 10 Sweden – the appropriate start date is history-dependent).
Identify different stages of economic systems for your country. While some time writing about history specific issues is probably necessary, do not forget you are writing an economic history paper so the focus should be on the economic systems of the country.
