Evaluating Experience through Motivation Theories

This assignment provides you with an opportunity to evaluate your own experiences in a current or former workplace using theories of motivation.
In your paper,
Identify a situation in which you found yourself less than motivated to cooperate or be productive.
Analyze the root cause(s) of your lack of motivation.
Explain what could have been changed to help better motivate you and/or others.
