Do you currently see the Nigerian criminal element playing too much of a part in crime in the United States?

1) As a United States citizen, why would you be concerned with the criminal organizations in Africa, specifically the
Nigerians?
2) As a law enforcement officer in the United States, how comfortable would you be working with law enforcement officials
from the African countries; granted broad question which calls for placing their entire law enforcement system under same
umbrella.
3) Do you currently see the Nigerian criminal element playing too much of a part in crime in the United States?
