I see where you want to go, but be clear that words like “impact” and “effect” are not within the qualitative tradition. Qualitative studies often look for participant perceptions and/or experiences associated with the problem. You will need to focus on what problem you wish to explore, what evidence you have to show the problem exists, what the purpose of the study will be, and who will participate.
This is written more like a quantitative study.
