as an infrastructure bill is being considered at the national level. The
representative has been thinking about how to approach the issue during their
term, including proposing a bill at the state level, the impact of a national
bill on infrastructure in their state, and the areas of infrastructure to focus
on. The representative has asked you to do some research on aging
infrastructure and write a memo that discusses the current condition of
infrastructure, and the challenges of upgrading and improving it, specifically
challenges related to intergovernmental relations and whether there are any
ethical or equity concerns to address now or in the future.
