Write a research about an Ethiopian shepherd moving to America. I was born in an east African village called Kamise in Ethiopia. I worked as a goat shepherd when I was young.. My mother owned a bakery and a farm. Every morning, I drank hot goat milk with bread. The selling and buying of goats and cows drew me deeper into the business industry. We fed the animals to make them fat (animal fattening) so that we could sell them for a higher price. We sold cows for 4000 Birr each (Ethiopian money). After many years of living in Ethiopia my family decided to move to America. When I first moved to America I was enrolled in middle school, and It was very difficult for me to adapt to it because it was such a different culture then Ethiopia. After a few years I became very fluent and had better english, so it became easier for me to communicate with others. When I reached my high school year I made some good friends and focused a lot on my school for my future. After a while I bought a motorcycle and repaired the engine, sound, and speed performance. And I sold it for a higher price than my basic price, which increased my ability to acquire small business achievements and ideas. And this taught me about business and encouraged me to become more involved in it. made me ambitious and taught me how to sustain myself in the future. The creativity and ambition inspired me to think about starting a business in the future. However, in order to do so, I will need the knowledge and skills gained at this college. I’m interested in learning more about leadership. My goal is to improve my business expertise by enrolling in business administration classes that will teach me about entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategic business management.
