Explain how Allied Health practitioners can address the climate of clinical leadership in healthcare organizations?
Each student will write an approximately 5–6-page paper (not including the title and reference pages) that critically examines the research question. APA style should be followed in writing style and formatting. A variety of information sources with a minimum of six different sources—at least four of those sources being scholarly and preferably peer-reviewed—is needed. (Multiple documents within the same source count as a single source).
Start this research paper process by looking for a topic that interests you. This may include staffing, staff education or continuing education requirements, practice guidelines, future directions, financing, team building, diversity and inclusion, well-being in the workplace, to name a few. Once you have identified a topic and narrowed your focus, use the databases in Cook Library and websites of professional organizations to locate the best and most current information you can find.
Use the following format for the paper:
1. Title page
2. Introduction: state the question and how you have decided to explore the answer; what part of the allied health profession you have decided to research in order to answer this question. (1 page)
3.Methods: State how you chose your specific articles and resources, and briefly summarize each independently. What are the main points? Be brief and succinct in your descriptions and be careful to avoid use of direct quotes. Paraphrasing in your own words is key. Make sure you refer to the articles in proper APA style. (3-4 pages).
4. Conclusion: Summarize the articles collectively as they relate to your question. Do not discuss individually again, but approach this as a description of major takeaways after analysis of the body of information you utilized. (1 page)
5. Discussion: Discuss how you will use this research in your own profession as a Respiratory Therapist (1 page)
6. References: Please include a link to each source you cite as I will be spot-checking your references.
