Write a six to eight-page paper about your personal worldview. It is appropriate for you to write this paper using first-person when you are describing your own personal worldview.
The paper on worldview and leadership should begin by answering the following set of questions provided by Bufford. The worldview questions Bufford suggests a philosophical basis for a worldview. Students will need to apply their own worldviews to these philosophical questions. The set of questions to be answered are:

The paper should have the following format:
Introduction—Explain the purpose of the paper and the worldview questions you will address in the paper.
Introduce each worldview question using a heading that contains the question. Provide an explanation about your answer to each question. Identify three specific applications of this worldview question to leadership and explain your reasons for these conclusions.
Identify one of the eight hidden worldviews presented by Wilkens and Sanford that you struggle with personally. Explain the impact this worldview position has on your leadership.
How might a Christian worldview help you overcome the hidden worldview you have identified?
