Explain the variations in the law in three states and the related public health issues and outcomes. For example, if you select HIV partner notification laws, describe the state laws and the impact the law has had on infection rates in each state, if available. If you cannot locate data related to the outcome of the specific law, then include relevant research. Using the partner notification example, you would include research on the outcomes of efforts to notify partners or if the law is a barrier to those seeking testing.
Describe any ethical issues that may be of concern to people and/or organizations that are affected by the law or that support the law.
Based on your research, identify components of the different state laws to craft your ideal law addressing that public health concern.
