Overview
You’ve been asked to create a presentation (such as a PowerPoint file or a Prezi) covering the topics outlined below.
Ms. Banks has noticed how well you have been working with the Interns and has admired your style of gathering and presenting data to the interns. She has asked you to create a presentation (in PowerPoint, Impress, Google Slides, Prezi or other presentation software – you choose) covering the topics outlined below. Identify the topics that would be best represented by images or diagrams, and use them. Your presentation should be between 15 and 40 slides. Find something in between that works for you to present the material adequately. This presentation will be used by Rick, Tamara and Juan as they visit a middle school classroom and explain the concepts to the students.
Group the material as you wish, but headings have been provided below for each group of topics. In some cases, it will be possible to group topics together on a slide, but other times, there is either too much material, or there is a disconnect between the topics.
Be as creative in your presentation as you wish. There is no need to go into great depth on each topic – simply create a presentation that introduces and explains the material adequately. If you want to add speaker’s notes to your presentation, that may help the presenters. You decide how you want it!
