The purpose of this research paper is to expose you to different types of management styles you will encounter in your career. You must research and find the different styles of management.
The first half of your research paper you will research, choose and write about 3 different bad leadership styles. You must explain and provide supporting references/evidences of why these management styles are bad. You must provide an example of your chosen management styles being implemented in companies and how it negatively affected the company.
The second half of your research paper you will research, choose and write about 3 different good leadership styles. You must explain and provide supporting references/evidenceswhy these management styles are good. You must provide an example of your chosen management styles being implemented in companies and how it positively affected the company.
For this research paper you can choose any type of resourcesquality (low, mid or high-quality resources). Must have minimum of 6 references. MUST indicate what type of article you have chosen I.E Journal article, blog, website article
This research paper needs to be 7-8 pages. Make sure you follow the APA format. Make sure you have a title page with your name and student number on it and following APA format. This research paper must be submitted inperson at the beginning of class before I start the lecture. I will not accept papers after I begin the lecture. Failure to hand in the assignment at the beginning of class will result in zero mark. Make sure you arrive early to class and you must submit your assignment yourself. I will not be accepting assignment by CMS.
Grading scheme-Total of 60 marks
-Was APA format followed-20 marks
-was the reference page done correctly-5 marks
-did the report meet the minimum word count and was spelling and grammar done-5 marks
-was in-text citation done correctly and reference in the reference page- 5 marks
-was abstract and report well written-10 marks
-was the minimum citation met and were they justifiable with company examples-15 marks
