The instructor will have one final opportunity to assess the student’s ability to synthesize theoretical concepts in the context of healthcare via the student’s final written assignment. This assignment challenges students to select a leadership theory and apply that in the context of their practice.

Discuss why the theory you selected is necessary for success in your professional role or industry.
