For this assignment, students will create a presentation on a patient-facing or provider-facing online source, application, or tool for prescribing psychiatric medications or managing psychiatric conditions. This can be a mobile application or an online resource. (Applications that focus on meditation, such as Calm and Mindspace, should not be chosen for this assignment). The presentation should address: 1) The purpose of the source/tool and the intended audience, 2) Why the online source/tool can be trusted, 3) The usability of the source/tool 4) Any risks of using this source/tool the provider or patient should be aware of, and 5) If you would use/recommend this in practice.
