These are 5 sources that is mandatory to use because of my concentration in behavioral science, just add 2-3 more sources that focuses on how this technology of mood notes help with behavioral science and mental health. Another focus is there should be many ways showing how the mood notes and journal help with managing screen time on social media so that bad habits would not form while helping with depression or other mental or physical illness because less time doing productive things to keep the mind and body good, list the negative effects it could do to mental help.
