Term Paper Instructions:
Part 1:
• Select a company.
• Identify and write a problem statement related to that company.
• Provide background information on the company you selected.
• Remember to cite your sources using APA format and include your sources in a reference section.
• Remember to include headings and sub-headings to separate the topics you are discussing.
• See the ‘Term Paper Instructions” on what to include for the company background, and ‘Writing a Problem Statement’ on how to write an effective problem statement (Note: You can exclude the stakeholder section of the problem statement and focus on the problem, impact of the problem, and solution to the problem).
Part 2:
• Before doing your research and writing this part of the term paper, review the document ‘Term Paper Instructions’ to see the content you need to include and the information on how to write an outline. I have also provided several examples of outlines.
• Write an outline for your final paper. This should include an introduction, body, and conclusion. The body should have three main parts; company background, company analysis, and recommendations.
• This part of the term paper MUST be in outline format.
• I should be able to read your outline and know what the main points of your paper will include.
• Your outline should be approximately 5-7 pages in length. Remember to include all sources in a reference section using APA format. The reference section does not count towards the expected 5-7 page outline
Part 3:
• Take the information you provided in your outline and write your paper in essay format. You MUST write part 3 of the term paper in essay format.
• Your essay should be 10-15 pages in length. Remember to use headings and subheadings to organize the topics discussed in your paper.

You will need to research the internal structure of the company to establish how content is approved and who is working at the company. Keep this in mind when doing your analysis. The analysis should relate to the problem.
