My Personal Diversity Statement ~ Draft
Diversity to me means bringing all our differences together and being able to learn about our differences. Diversity is essential because it brings in new ideas and experiences, and I can learn from others. These new ideas and perspectives also lead to better problem-solving skills. Being in a diverse environment opens dialogue and promotes creativity.
To ensure that my classes are inclusive and welcoming to all students, I will incorporate diversity in my classroom, Include all students in projects and activities. We will be learning through games.
What fuels your passion?
The first thing that fuels my passion is to surround myself with people who share the same passion as I help me keep my passion fuel because when I find myself unmotivated, I can always count on the people around me to guide me back right path.
My purpose in life is to be happy, make others happy, make my life a better life, and spend as much time as possible with people I love.
