Humanities critical review Assignment

I hope you’re having a great week and I want to lay this recording down just to go over this critical review assignment for you and remember I have selected some rental films that are included in here because you no longer can go out and see him play or go to a Gallery or tender movie so that’s the first part and you can use any one of these and when you do it when you get to that section on presentational style — what it’s looking for is to have you delineate whether or not the performers were interacting with the audience or were they not and if they’re not it’s representational if they are it’s presentation or did the film have both Secondly when you get to your discussion of performers don’t cite a character so for example if you were watching Romeo and Juliet and you wanted to talk about the actor that played Romeo talk about that actor don’t talk about Romeo because there are two different things. For directorial concept that section is asking you to make a decision based on your viewing of this particular assignment that you watched what do you think the director wanted to show to the audience and whether or not it was successful so make sure you answer these with in detail and remember the questions for this assignment the full list are included in your on line course pack

THINGS TO CONSIDER
For presentational style with the question is trying to ask you to analyze whether the performers interacted with the audience. This can be the play by all characters (like an improvisation show), or it can be one specific character such as the narrator an into the woods. The narrator acknowledges the audience, but the rest of the characters in the production do not.
When you discuss performers, you should not focus on characters but instead individual performers.
Remember, directorial concept is what the director wanted to show the audience. To answer this question, you must determine from your point of view what you think the director wanted to present to the audience and whether or not you thought it was successful.
