Hotels and predictive analytics

Your assignment is to use what you have learned about predictive analytics to write a term paper on the case study you have chosen (at the beginning of the semester, or if you have a new article, feel free to send it to me early to get it approved). Include the information below in your analysis of the case study:
Post a copy of the article you are using as a case study
Case study report that includes:
5 page report
Minimum of 1200 word count – Charts are graphs can be included within the 5 pages, but must still meet the 1200 word count
Single spaced, 12 pt Times New Roman font
1” margins

Content of the report – Your report should provide an analysis of the case study; Include the following points that you’ve learned this semester:
What data is available in this case
What are the data driven challenges in this case study
How was data used to solve a problem – what problem
What type of predictions can be or were made using the data that was available
What additional predictions could have been made using the data available
What other data could have been gathered for this case? What tools could they have used to gather it
What analysis was done with the data
What methods were used to perform this analysis (think about the methods we have learned throughout this semester, and reference the methods that you believe were used)
What other methods (that we learned this semester) could have been used within this case
What might have been the process of cleaning this data
How would the 6 steps of CRISP-DM have been used to analyze this process
What type of security concerns might have existed within this case, and how could they have been overcome
Explain at least 3 patterns that might have existed within the data
Grammatically correct
