Deliverables
Tasks – The following tasks are required for this assignment:
frame a research question raised by the readings in week 4
read and analyze the three readings and develop a thesis-driven essay in response to these readings
utilize research strategies to compile and track information
use the research of others to support your own ideas in answering your thesis question
compose a 1000 – 1250 word essay to inform your audience of your research
use APA format for citing references within the text and for the presentation of the reference page
Evaluation – Your competency will be evaluated on your ability to do the following:
frame an inquisitive thesis question and assertive thesis statement
gather strong and relevant research from the readings provided
organize your information in clear and logical ways
skillfully integrate the writing and research of experts with your own writing
accurately present and format your research, so as to avoid plagiarism
communicate clearly, with an awareness of the needs of your reader
