As part of the Periodontics research project,
students will be required to review two
research papers (from the last twenty four months) on a selected clinical question and formulate
a report based on the information generated. You must relate this information
to the practice of dental hygiene and
periodontics. The assignment must be computer-generated,double spaced, and
include Vancouver style references. The original two articles must be submitted with your
assignment. Students are encouraged to use the Pico method of questioning
to formulate the answer to the clinical question. All references must be submitted.
This refers to the authors of the two abstracts not their reference There should
be one conclusion. Any plagiarism will automatically disqualify this project.
No repeat projects from previous PICO assignments given by Cathy . Keywords
must be included as well. Some abstracts do not have key words, you must
provide them. Maximum key words must not exceed 12 total for both papers.
Your assignment must be no more than 750
words. This PICO must be type written on one page only, except for your
references. The assignment is due Nov
08 2021 This ASSIGNMENT IS WORTH 10% of your final grade in Periodontics
2.Students are encouraged to use Cochrane Library,PUBMED ,journals in the
library for the two research papers. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR ASSIGNMENT BY
EMAIL. If you forget to submit copies of the 2 articles no mark will be given.
