Managed Care in America has
become a blessing and a curse to many people, however although it may seem like
a whirlwind war for what is the best health care solution, it has moved to find
a common core resolution between the rich and poor having better access to
healthcare. This has been an argument for years and although many may not see
the necessity for healthcare, it is equally important as securing an education,
simply because illnesses are not planned and approach us unexpectedly. The Pros
of Having Managed Care can be beneficial to those because it helped lower
health care for many people, offer immediate health care solution for families
and helped save when comes to getting prescriptions (Chief, 2019). On the
contrary, Manage Care can create a loss of privacy when it comes to your
information simply because everything is being shared within a network, patients
are recognized as money and the rule for managed care is extremely strict (Gaille,
2017). Although this may seem like the final decisions for managed care, it is
not, recommendations like limiting who can access healthcare information can be
practiced, to give the patients, back the privacy they deserve.
