The reader should learn about the controversies this issue poses for human resource managers. Laws that are applicable to the issue should be discussed.
3. Why is this issue important for organizations?
This section should be about 1-2 pages long. After presenting the issue the reader should know why the issue important and needs to be addressed by human resource managers. The student identifies key reasons why the topic is important in this section. The student gives examples of why the issue is important and should be addressed. The reasons and examples are must be cited from the literature. Reasons can also be cited from the students personal experiences. The student should cover several reasons why the topic is important.

4. How are managers currently addressing the issue in organizations?
This section should be about 1-2 pages. It should discuss at least 2 ways in which managers are currently addressing the issue. There should be specific examples discussed. You may draw upon sources from the literature or from you work experiences. It is best to draw upon experiences from both the literature and your personal experiences.
5. Conclusion
The conclusion should be about three paragraphs. The conclusion goes beyond summarizing your findings. It integrates your findings to from your research to speculate on what the future holds for this issue in organizations. Based on your findings present additional ideas that this issue creates for managers to think about in the future.
