Living History

You will be given a series of topics to choose from based on issues faced in the last 60-10 years. You will choose one topic and research it using interviews with someone older than you (ex: parent, guardian, grandparent, neighbor) and someone younger than you (ex: brother, sister, cousin, neighbor). You will write at least a three-page paper on the topic you chose. You will use these interviews to support your argument on the topic you chose. You can also include material from the class or outside research to help support you argument, but you must have the two interviews. The essay should include an Introduction, Thesis, Supporting Paragraphs, Conclusion, and Sources. It should be 12 Point-Type, One Inch Margins, Double-Spaced, Times New Roman. It should include In-Text Citation and a separate Work Cited page for the sources used in the essay.
