Is the principle “respect authority” a “perfect” moral obligation, or is the obligation “imperfect”?

woman must have an abortion, even though the order was against both the woman’s
wishes and her parents’ wishes. Would the parents be right (ie. morally
justified) to defy the court’s order? Is the principle “respect authority” a
“perfect” moral obligation, or is the obligation “imperfect”? In what way is
this court order and the parents’ response related to justice?
