Abstract –
Objectives, importance of this study, Secondary data (Data should be collected

Introduction: what is Organizational culture? What is the importance of having a
positive organizational culture in today’s scenarios? Explain the various
dimensions of organizational culture (managing change, attaining goals,
coordinated teamwork, customer orientation and cultural strength).
Review literature: Minimum
of 6 research articles depicting on “Importance of organizational culture”. Each
and every dimension should be elaborately discussed in the review literature
pertaining to 1.Managing change: assesses the degree to which
respondents see the organization as effective in adapting to and managing
change. 2. Attaining goals: which asks respondents to describe how
effective the organization is in achieving goals, the extent to which there are
coherent and shared (aligned) goals, and the degree to which shared values
support improvement and achievement rather than the status quo. 3. Coordinated
teamwork: assesses the extent to which an organization is effective in
coordinating the work of individuals and groups. 4. Customer orientation: assesses
the extent to which organizational activities are directed toward identifying
and meeting the needs and goals of clients and customers. 5. Cultural
Strength: assesses the strength of the organization’s culture, asking
respondents to report on the extent to which people agree on values and
examining the extent to which certain “meta-values” are present, such
as the belief that people should support their views with facts.
Research Methodology: A well-structured survey is attached. You need to fill the survey
and get the survey filled by employees working in your organization. Minimum of
10 surveys is required from each student in a group.
Findings: All the results should be shown in Descriptive analysis way.
(Percentage and Frequency method should be used), even pie chart and bar graph
can also be used for showing the results. Students can also use SPSS
software for result analysis.
Discussion: Should be discussed on the basis of findings. How organization
can be effective in terms of organizational culture? What effective measures
should be adopted by managers to have a good organizational culture?
Conclusion
and managerial implications: Summarization of all the major
points.
References: All the references should be mentioned in alphabetically order. All
content taken from websites, journals, and internet should be mentioned with
author names, name of articles, journals name, and DOI or website link
Appendix attached: Filled Hard copy or soft copy should be attached of all the
survey filled by employees.
