2)Highlight the relevance and the contribution of your proposed study is (~3-5 sentences)
3)Do a brief and to-the-point review of the previous literature on the topic. Place your study in the context of the existing literature (~3-5 sentences)
4)Describe the data (variables) to be used in the study. Also, describe if the data is primary or secondary data => describe data collection procedure vs data source (~3-5 sentences)
5)Describe the methodology (for instance, a linear regression model estimation (then state which coefficients are of key interest), comparison of the means, analysis of variance etc)
Typical submission could be ~2 pages, but, as you know, you have academic freedom to derive this from the specifics of your research.
There are no formatting requirements (it is up to you but you might want to consider: Times New Roman, 12 font size, 1.5 line spacing, normal margins).
The APA format for references can be used. You can also use any other citation format, just be consistent in your choice throughout the section.
